Singer/songwriter andproducer J-Idris has just released the official music video for his hit single, “Stare At The Ocean.” The video premiered on Earmilk, featuring the track that’s been generating major buzz on stations like Vic Latino’s Party 105.3 (WPTY), K104.7 (WSPK), WCPT Chicago, and Sirius XM BPM Radio.
The New Jersey-born singer is the son of Charles Smith (co-founder of Kool and The Gang), and was predisposed to a creative, musical atmosphere. Now, J-Idris is brining his own unique sound to your ears, under the new independent imprint Hot+Messy Records, on which J-Idris will release his upcoming mixtape, #VcVc (Very Close, Very Close), out on May 19th.
