During 5 Seconds Of Summer’s sold-out show at London’s Wembley Arena, the band’s guitarist, Michael Clifford, had an unfortunate run-in with a pyrotechnics machine. Clifford accidentally got his hair caught in the path of the flame, which you can see in the clip below. Thankfully, he took it all in good stride, sitting his guitar down, and walking off stage.

Even after that nasty accident, Clifford took to social media with a photo of himself wearing white bandages over half of his face, captioning the photo, “What the f–ks up. sorry I couldnt finish the encore, but at least I look like two face. thanks for worrying every1 x.”
He followed it up with a tweet saying, “If I obviously don’t want to have my picture taken right now please don’t take my picture 🙂 see everyone tomorrow!!” Adding later, “Feeling loads better and my face is fine 🙂 excited for the show tonight.”
Seems to be one accident after the next, with Enrique Iglesias suffering a hand injury from a drone camera and Dave Grohl breaking his leg during a nasty on-stage fall. Stay safe, guys!
