Redlands Premiere “Adventurer”

Denver indie rock band Redlands just premiered their new track, “Adventurer” on Diffuser. The track is the second single (and title track) of the band’s sophomore EP, Adventurer, which is set to drop on July 14th. The EP, co-written with Sean and Alex Silverman (This Century), and recorded with Matt Malpass (Copeland, Lydia, Relient K, Manchester Orchestra, etc.), leaves lead singer Ben Lohle stating, ““If you’ve listened to us before, this new album is much more personal lyrically. I wanted the collective theme of songs to portray what I was feeling at the time, spending a lot of time alone, not really sure what to do next, but not being afraid of the unknown.”

The band recently performed at the South By So What?! Music Festival, playing alongside Circa Survive, Hawthorne Heights and Cartel, among others and will be announcing a batch of tour dates soon.

“Adventurer” is dedicated to Chase Martinez, who plays bass in Redlands, and his wife Brenna Martinez, whom he lost in a motorcycle accident on March 28th of this year.
